(The stair case may not be suitable for young children - we are unable to provide stair gates duer to the width of the stairs.)

This property is also wheelchair friendly with wheelchair access to all levels. There is also a disabled lift suitable for wheelchairs. (Please note that there are no disabled bathroom facilities.)

Dining Room
Massive timber dining table seats 10, overlooking the balcony with ocean and pool views. Bi-fold doors can be opened for direct balcony access. Large built in buffet serving area.

Media Room
Huge and air-conditioned. Opens onto balcony. 105 cm Large screen TV with DVD, Austar and Play Station 2, CD playerstereo. A wall of built in cupboards and book shelves with wet bar area and extra bar fridge. The modern comfortable sofas convert to (2 x) double sofa beds.

Laundry
The laundry has arguably the best laundry view in the world. Who would have thought that ironing could be so enjoyable! The laundry is complete with cordless iron, 2 x washing machines, and 2 x dryers. There is even an extra shower and toilet conveniently located close to the pool.

Common Bathroom
An extra toilet is located on the ground floor.

The Pool
A beautiful 12m salt water solar heated infinity pool wraps around a large part of the exterior, overlooking the ocean. It has a beautiful rock waterfall and an under waterfall cave with spa. Furnished with sun lounges and tables. Under partial cover of roof line for shade conscious, sun safe guests. (A necessity in North Qld).

Terraced Balconies
Wide furnished balconies wrap around the house. Sun lounges, chairs, benches and tables. There is also a glass outdoor setting for 8. The balcony also has 2x electric BBQs for easy outdoor entertaining.

Master Bedroom
Huge with amazing ocean views. King sized bed. Air-conditioned. Private sitting area TV & DVD player. Private furnished balcony - with walled courtyard and private outdoor waterfall shower. Ensuite with a large private spa bath and shower with glass walls to enjoy the ocean views from the bath. Great place to drink that complimentary champagne! Double sink vanity. Walk in robe with built in cupboards.

3 x King Sized Bedroom Suites

Cottage Studio
A peaceful romantic haven and hideaway in its own right, the Cottage Studio can comfortably sleep an extra 4 people. It is fully self contained with laundry, kitchen and ensuite facilities featuring a corner spa bath. It has 1 x queen sized bed plus 2 x futon sofa lounges that convert to double sofa beds in the lounge area. The Cottage Studio also comes with TV and DVD. The Cottage Studio is available for a nominal fee as an optional extra for large groups. Many past guests have made the Cottage Studio a teenager retreat during their stay.
