The apartment is fully screened with polished floors and additional ceiling fans to cater for all desired levels of comfort in this tropical paradise.

The apartment boasts sensational ocean views overlooking Plum Pudding Island, Henning Island and the Whitsunday Passage, where the occasional whale has been spotted. Sunset drinks & BBQ on the balcony. Just perfect!
Extremely private hillside apartment - no other apartments above the complex - perfect for romantic getaways. The units in the complex are positioned in discrete groups of four along the hillside, backing onto the quiet, beautiful Eucalypt forest of the National Park that runs down to the shoreline. Every afternoon, the forest is alive with birdlife. Sulfur Crested Cockatoos, Kookaburras and Rainbow Lorikeets, to name a few, fly and jostle for nesting places in the forest. See fantastic flora and fauna from your own wide balconies. Complete privacy!

Panorama 11 is fully self contained including fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel fittings and appliances.
It sleeps up to seven people and an infant and comes with everything you could possibly require for your stay including hairdryers and hair straighteners! Even Pool Towels are supplied.
Bedding configurations - 2 executive king beds in each bedroom. The second bedroom can split into single beds as required. Double sofa bed in lounge room. Roll away single bed available (just ask) and portable cot with linen supplied. 2 types of pillows supplied - foam & latex. We have luxurious over sized bath sheets too.
An electric Buggy* (4 seats) for your exclusive use and hassle free VIP Island Valet Transfers are also included. The buggy has seatbelts and a flip down back seat - great for taking home boxes of supplies. It also has an attachment for your own child's seat.
We haven't forgotten the kids! (and the big kids too).
We have a Nintendo Wii with 2 controllers and nunchucks. We have a couple of kids games and Wii sports. Bring your favourite games with you! The apartment also has 3 Tvs and 2 DVD players. Bring your own favourite DVDs. Don't forget the ipod too. Our stereo has an ipod usb port and there is a docking station in the main bedroom to recharge your ipod.
The Panorama Complex has a private salt water pool for residents, very close to Apartment 11. It is nestled between another Panorama apartment building and yours. None of the apartments directly overlook the pool. It's a very quiet and private place to take a dip.
Of course, all guests on Hamilton Island have full access to the facilities of the resort including all pools, activities, water sports, kids club, tennis, squash, mini golf, go karts, golf driving range, and rifle range etc. (Some activities for a fee.) Just a short 3 minute buggy ride away.
Dine at the resort restaurants. Book a massage or treatment at the Relaxation Centre or Hair and Beauty Salon, book a romantic dinner cruise or day trip to the reef or Whitehaven Beach.
The Whitsunday Islands and Barrier Reef are so close. Many tours and cruises operate from Hamilton Island. Fantasea Cruises, Sunsail and Cruise Indigo Cruises can be booked from the island. The resort offers Jet Ski adventures, Sea Kayaking, 4WD and Quad Bike Safaris. Boat and Fishing Charters are offered by Renegade Charters. Snorkelling & Dive Tours to the reef, islands and beaches in the area can be organised by the local dive shop H2O Sportz and the Cruise contacts. Whitehaven Beach is a must! You can even take a joy flight by helicopter or sea plane out to the reefs and beaches with Avita on the island.
Included in the tariff is:- 1 bottle of Champagne, VIP Island Valet Service (Met at airportferry and taken to apartment, returned to airportferry at check out time) your own electric buggy**, basic hospitality pack with the housekeeping essentials to start your holiday (about 1 to 2 days supply).

Pack a day bag if arriving or leaving outside these times. The Valet service can pick you up anytime you require, but the apartment may not be ready due to cleaning etc. You can leave luggage outside the apartment in the buggy port until it is ready if you wish. Take the buggy and return later. The buggy must be returned by 12 noon to recharge for the next guest.
** Drivers must hold a valid drivers license. Proof of license is required. Buggy can only carry 4 people.

How do I make a booking?
From a Quote
- Step 1) Search the website and Add properties to MyList. Submit your preferred properties by using Request a Quote. Property Managers will send you confirmed price and availability.
- Step 2) Then you can Make a Booking or reservation form by clicking 'Make Reservation' from your Quote. Alternatively a Reservation form (PDF or Word Doc) can be downloaded from our Visitor Terms & Conditions page or your Quote.
- Step 3) Once we receive your "RZ" reservation request, a consultant will process all details and send a "BK" Booking Confirmation, payment receipt with arrival and key collection information.
From a Tariff or Hot Deal

Are pets permitted?
Some properties allow Pets and will display Pets Permitted. Visitors will need to advise the type and size of pet and whether the pet is indoor or an outdoor pet.
Properties that do not show Pets Permitted will not accept pets.
A Pet Bond might be required to clean. deodourise and disinfect the property prior to the next visitor arrival to ensure the property is allergy free.
Availability calendar not up to date?
rentahome does encourage our property managers to update their availability calendars as often as possible.
Unfortunately it isn't always as frequent as we'd like, each calendar has a date of which the calendar was last updated so you who how up to date the listing is.
This is why rentahome has the quote process, it confirms the current availability of your selected property/s and the best rate available for your stay.
Are visitors able to inspect properties?
rentahome welcomes inspections however they may not be always feasible and are generally only available for longer stays of three months or longer.
The property must first be quoted as available with a price for your requested dates.
To request an inspection simply login to your Quote at the below link using your quote number and surname: http://www.rent-a-home.com.au/home/my/quotedetails.aspx
Scroll down to your preferred property and under the photo there will be a button 'Request Inspection', click on 'Request Inspection' and fill in your details. Your details will be sent to the property manager who will make contact within 48hours to arrange an appointment.
If there is no 'Request Inspection' button, this means the property manager does not provide inspections.
Please note that properties are not held and may be booked by other visitors.
Will I have to pay a security deposit?
A Bond/Security Deposit may be required by the Property Manager the amount will vary depending on the property manager. If so, this payment will take place outside of the Rentahome EasyPay System and you may be asked to direct transfer funds into the Property Manager's bank account or a credit card imprint may be requested. Rentahome does not become involved in the payment or return of bonds or security deposits. Return of these amounts is based on the Property Manager's terms and conditions and their inspection of the property after your stay.
The Security Deposit (Bond) is required to cover any damage or incidential costs incurred during your stay at the property. If there is no Damage or Additional Costs then the Security Deposit will be refunded. If the amount of the Damage or Additional Costs are greater than the Security Deposit, then the Guest will be required to pay the difference.
On Arrival, please report any damage or requirement maintenance immediately to the property manager, as you will be liable for any Damage on your departure.
A Bond applies for properties under a Lease agreement. The Bond is typically lodged with a government Bond Authority and returned at the the end of the stay following an Exit Inspection and review of the Condition Report.
Rent-A-Home processes rental payment with guests directly. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Bank Transfer.
