Located on a quiet leafy street in Naldera Street, Glandore, this 3 bedroom cottage is only minutes from the centre of our beautiful Adelaide city and Glenelg Beach approximately 5kms each way.
Leave your car under the carport, the cottage has excellent transport links with the Adelaide to Glenelg Tram being only a few minutes walk away and serviced by buses on Anzac Highway and South Road. The cottage is within a short walking distance of the Adelaide Tram which will take you direct from the home to the Esplanade of Glenelg Beach and direct to the Adelaide Central Market, Rundle Mall and leading all the way to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. The Cottage has two good sized bedrooms with the main bedroom consisting of a wrought iron Queen Size bed. The second Bedroom has two brass single size beds and the 3rd smaller bedroom has a single bed. The "heart" of the home is fully equipped with a galley kitchen and eat in dining area and there is a separate lounge room LCD TV and DVD player. The home is serviced by an updated bathroom with shower over bathtub and separate toilet as well as a separate laundry with front loader washer and ironing facilities.
Outside, there is an expansive private sanctuary with majestic trees, shrubs, vines and flowers and an outdoor setting, perfect for relaxing with a glass of something, under the umbrella. There is secure off street parking for 2 cars.
For families and those who enjoy Yoga there is the Glandore Community centre only a few steps away, that has a playground for the younger members of your family, a good spot to run and exercise and conducts regular playgroup, cooking and yoga sessions which you are welcome to join for a small fee.
More than the logistics of a home "that works" and that is fully self contained with all linen, cutlery, crockery, gourmet kitchen and utensils this home also ticks the "feel good" boxes. It has some lovely antique pieces, gorgeous prints and artwork. Try it for yourself, you will love staying here.
Major Adelaide events are nearby, within 5-30 minute by car, tram or bus ride, These include, the January 2013 Tour Down Under, the Annual Fringe Festival, Festival of Arts, Adelaide Cup, Clipsal 500, Womadelaide, Cabaret Festival in June 2013, Sala Art Festival in August 2013 ;OZAsia Festival inSep- October 2013, Guitar Festival 2013 and Cricket December 2013.
The Adelaide Festival Centre, Adelaide Zoo, Adelaide Oval, SA Art Gallery, Museum, Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Casino & Adelaide Entertainment Centre can be easily accessed by the Adelaide Tram. No driving necessary and costly city parking fees.
The home has a local 7 day supermarket nearby - a larger Centro Supermarket Complex with large supermarket, Kmart, Bakery, Local Bottle shop only 10 minutes walk away. Westfield Marion and the Marion Swim Centre is only 15 minutes drive away.

The mattress on the beds on this property are only 2-3 years old and are regularly turned and sanitised for your comfort. All beds have mattress protectors and in the cooler months we have electric blankets on all beds. The queen bed has really comfortable "latex" pillows which a few guests have commented on. But if you don't like "latex" then we also have regular pillows.
We use a minimum of 500 thread count bed sheets and provide nice crispyfluffy white towels. For longer stays you can either launder your own or ask for a replacement set at a small charge. (Beach towels can be provided on request.)

- Step 3) Once we receive your "RZ" reservation request, a consultant will process all details and send a "BK" Booking Confirmation, payment receipt with arrival and key collection information.
From a Tariff or Hot Deal

Are pets permitted?
Some properties allow Pets and will display Pets Permitted. Visitors will need to advise the type and size of pet and whether the pet is indoor or an outdoor pet.
Properties that do not show Pets Permitted will not accept pets.
A Pet Bond might be required to clean. deodourise and disinfect the property prior to the next visitor arrival to ensure the property is allergy free.
Availability calendar not up to date?
rentahome does encourage our property managers to update their availability calendars as often as possible.
Unfortunately it isn't always as frequent as we'd like, each calendar has a date of which the calendar was last updated so you who how up to date the listing is.
This is why rentahome has the quote process, it confirms the current availability of your selected property/s and the best rate available for your stay.
Are visitors able to inspect properties?
rentahome welcomes inspections however they may not be always feasible and are generally only available for longer stays of three months or longer.
The property must first be quoted as available with a price for your requested dates.
To request an inspection simply login to your Quote at the below link using your quote number and surname: http://www.rent-a-home.com.au/home/my/quotedetails.aspx
Scroll down to your preferred property and under the photo there will be a button 'Request Inspection', click on 'Request Inspection' and fill in your details. Your details will be sent to the property manager who will make contact within 48hours to arrange an appointment.
If there is no 'Request Inspection' button, this means the property manager does not provide inspections.
Please note that properties are not held and may be booked by other visitors.
Will I have to pay a security deposit?
A Bond/Security Deposit may be required by the Property Manager the amount will vary depending on the property manager. If so, this payment will take place outside of the Rentahome EasyPay System and you may be asked to direct transfer funds into the Property Manager's bank account or a credit card imprint may be requested. Rentahome does not become involved in the payment or return of bonds or security deposits. Return of these amounts is based on the Property Manager's terms and conditions and their inspection of the property after your stay.
The Security Deposit (Bond) is required to cover any damage or incidential costs incurred during your stay at the property. If there is no Damage or Additional Costs then the Security Deposit will be refunded. If the amount of the Damage or Additional Costs are greater than the Security Deposit, then the Guest will be required to pay the difference.
On Arrival, please report any damage or requirement maintenance immediately to the property manager, as you will be liable for any Damage on your departure.
A Bond applies for properties under a Lease agreement. The Bond is typically lodged with a government Bond Authority and returned at the the end of the stay following an Exit Inspection and review of the Condition Report.
