Kitchen Fully fitted with all appliances (convection microwave oven), cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Fridge freezer.
Computer area in master bedroom.
Main bedroom - Queen sized bed, built in cupboards, dressing table and side drawers.
Bedroom 2 Double bed with top bunk (sleeps 3), side table.
Large Main bathroom - with shower (wheelchair accessible). Washing machine.
Driveway with a double carport garage with electronic door.
Rear garden The garden is securely fenced. The cottage has a large covered deck area with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. The garden has a clothes line, and established lawn. The views overlook the river estuary and sea.

The established garden is maintained on a weekly basis
All services are included such as electricity, gas and water.
High speed ADSL2+ broadband connection is provided.
For larger families or events we have the Seaview house situated in the grounds at the front of Riverview cottage.
