Once a stately residence to a 1000-acre working dairy, this rambling stone homestead has retained its original 19th century charm. Imagine the boat pulling in to pick up the daily milk cans from the jetty.Don't wait for a reason to stay at Karinga Park.Come here and relax from the stress of normal routines. But also remember us for those important events like family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, work retreats and catching up with friends. We look after you and are flexible. FACILITIES:

Gracious, 1853 mansion-style,
Homestead with seven well appointed
bedrooms, three bathrooms and a
choice of three indoor dining areas.

The former Ballroom is ideal for
relaxing with plenty of comfortable
seating and a Big 132cm TV,dvdvideo,
6 stacker stereo and library.

The Sunroom (with 68cm TV and
dvdvideo) has French doors opening
to the Mediterranean courtyard with
two large timber outdoor settings and
market umbrellas, shade sail home
to our stainless steel outdoor
kitchen with roasting hood and
rotisserie. Drinks fridge off from
courtyard.

Private lawned area to the
Swimming Pool

Country kitchen equipped with a LARGE
DISHWASHER, two fridges, two
stainless steel ovens and large cook
top, microwave and a good supply of
glassware, cutlery and crockery for
all occasions.

We have a fully automatic DeLonghi
cappuccino machine available for a
small hire fee.

Karinga Park can accommodate in excess of 28 guests in the Homestead and cottages.
The cottages are distinctly separate from the Homestead.
Share a meal all together in our refurbished sunroom dining capacity of 30, if required.
For those guests celebrating a special occasion we offer catering facilities at realistic prices.

Nearby, wine regions of Currency Creek and Langhorne Creek are a must for connoisseurs along with a visit to Angus Wines within walking distance. We are at the gateway to the distinctive landscape of The Coorong, with an abundance of birdlife. Relax watching the different birds enjoying our gardens. Feed the friendly magpies. Only a short drive away is the coastal resort town of Victor Harbor, home of Southern Right Whales and fairy penguins.

ACCOMMODATION FOR:

Karinga Park Homestead is suited to one to four families, two to six couples or four to eight singles. We have bedding to accommodate 16 plus guests in the Homestead.
