Kennebec cottage is centrally located in Scottsdale in North East Tasmania. It is a delightful, 1880's stone cottage completely renovated in 2005 with all the comforts of home. The old floor boards have been polished and glow like honey!
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms one with double spa.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, and there is a large dining table, a comfortable lounge room with gas heating.
Ample parking for up to four cars, off street or you could bring your boat if you plan to go fishing at Bridport or the far north east.
You are only a 50 metres walk to the cafes and main shopping street of Scottsdale. Choose from two hotels or two restaurants for dining out.
The cottage suits families or corporates needing to be based in Scottsdale for a short time.

Consideration will be given to longer term rentals please request a quote. This property is fully furnished with quality fittings and is ready just to move in with your suitcases!

Scottsdale is situated 50 minutes drive from Launceston. Only1.5 hours drive from St Helens and 2 hours drive from Devonport. Hobart is approximately 3 hours drive.

This property is situated within walking distance of the supermarket, library online centre, cafes and hotels and restaurants.
Scottsdale also has hardware, clothing, furniture and electrical stores, chemists doctors and a hospital and banks!

Families or corporates will find this a beautiful home to be based for a short time either for holidays or working in the North East region.

Scottsdale is central to exploring the Mt William National Park, Bay of Fires at Binnalong Bay,
Ralphs Falls, Cuckoo Falls , Pipers Brook, Janz, Dalrymple and Delemere wineries and the Bridestowe Lavender farm.
Barnbougle Dune golf course is just a 20 minute drive and don't forget the beautiful beaches of Bridport.
