Things to do in Aireys Inlet

There are a number of activities to do at Aireys Inlet. Jump onto a horse and go horse riding along the fabulous sandy beaches or go bush walking in the nearby Angahook State Park. Learn to surf at the various beaches located round Aireys Inlet, Anglesea, Torquay and Lorne which feature both beach and surf breaks. Take a tour of the Split Point Lighthouse.

History of Aireys Inlet

The first settlers arrived in the area in the 1820s and The Split Point Lighthouse was built in 1891 and was originally called Eagles Nest Point.

Split Point Lighthouse is the most distinguishable feature located at Aireys Inlet and offers some of the best views of the coast making it a must see attraction.
