Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Alternatively, you don't really need the car once you are here, you can walk everywhere and relax in our seaside village. Minutes walk to dip your toes in the water, enjoy a latte, or out to dinner. St. Anne Lodge is situated at the back of a large block with lovely front lawns sloping down to Hitchcock Av. Barwon Heads. A lovely garden setting. The house has 3 bedrooms, main with double bed, 2nd with two single beds, and 3rd with bunks and a double bed. Sleeping 8, the bedrooms are supported by two bathrooms which include bath, shower and two toilets. The living area is spacious and includes tv, dvd and stereo, and overlooks the lovely front garden area and pergola. The kitchen is well fitted out with double oven, dishwasher and ample crockery, cutlery, platters and glasses to cater for holiday and week-end stays.

Outdoors out back there is a rear screened sunroom with outdoor furniture and bbq. Out front there is a lovely front sun patio to laze and enjoy the lovely front garden, and watch the main street passers by. This stunning older style weatherboard holiday house is right in middle of Barwon Heads but set well back from the street so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the lovely garden, but be a few minutes walk from Barwon Heads cafes, supermarket, restaurants, bakery and all the lovely shops Barwon Heads has to offer. No need to take the car out at all as you are in the middle of it all.
