Nolan House is in an ideal location for just about everything in Bendigo. It is walking distance to the CBD so just leave your car in one of the 3 parking spaces available and walk or catch the tourist tram 20m from your door into the CBD. Nolan House is 50m from Lake Weeroona, which is one of Bendigo's premier locations and excellent for entertaining the children. It has an enormous playground, a sealed 2km walking path around it and a cafe overlooking the lake.

Nolan House has modern. simple furnishings (no antiques that make parents nervous). Nolan House has 3 large bedrooms which sleep 9 people, each with ceiling fans. The sleeping configeration is: BR1- Queen Bed (2), BR2- Double Bunk Bed (3) and Single bed with trundle (2), BR3- Double Bed (2). Two portacots (incl linen) and 2 high chairs are for hire on request. The portacots can fit easily into any of the bedrooms. There is an open plan kitchen and living area with reversed cycle airconditioning. The kitchen has a gas top stove, oven, microwave, spacious fridgefreezer, kettle, sandwich maker and toaster. The living room has a TV and DVD player. Nolan House has 1 bathroom with a full sized bath and separate shower. Also available is a laundry with a fully automatic washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.
Nolan House totally caters for the children with a range of puzzles, toys, books, games and DVD's available. The adults have not been forgotten, there is a large collection of novels, board games, magazines and a few DVD's. All linen, bedding, bath towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, washing powder and dish washing detergent all provided. Linen and towels are freshly changed before your stay. If you are staying for longer than 1 week they can also be changed midstay on request.

Perfect location to easily access many attractions that Bendigo has to offer. Nolan House is not far from CBD, Art Gallery, Capital Theatre, Central Deborah Gold Mine, Madison Cycling Event, Easter Festival, Showgrounds hence Bendigo Swap Meet, Queen Elizabeth Oval, Schweppes Basketball Centre, Bendigo Pottery and Hospital.

Nolan House is set up perfectly for families and small groups as it is spacious and well equiped. It would also be perfect for people needing a longer term rental as it is fully furnished and so centrally located.
