Located on a large private property where the owner manager and husband also live at in a secluded part of South West Victoria, right beside our own private beach. Also living on this property four friendly cows, ten choucks, and a large variety of special pigeon. Also one female german sheperd who lives on her own quarters.
A tranquil and refreshing retreat for you to relax and rejuvenate.

Stroll down to the beach through our meadow and walk along the sands where the overwhelming feeling is that no one has walked there before you.

The property includes two good sized double bed rooms (one with views of the ocean), a large lounge room with flat screen TV, separate kitchen amenities and separate bathroom. The property is self contained on the seaside. There is ample room for parking including boats trailors etc, or even pitch you own tent.…

No pets, however can refer you to local kennels.

Close to all the regions renowed attractions such as National Parks, River and Lakes, Coastal Scenic Drives, Premier Fishing, and Towns & Hamlets of National significance. Located 15 minutes (19 kms) from Portland and 30 minutes from Port Fairy. There is a local store approx 2 kms from the house, with a VLine bus stop. The hosts can provide pick up and drop off services.

Ideal for a family up to a maximum of six, or couples. Great escape from the busy city and would suit holiday makers or those wishing to escape to a sea side haven. Students or backpackers willing to share the bathroom are also welcome. Short or long term stay available.
New addition caravan with power which can sleep two people.

The owner resides in the same property. The very east end of the building the guest entrance.
