The Beach House consists of 6 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, sleeps 15 people. Upstairs has three large bedrooms and large bathroom with corner spa. Downstairs has two living areas, main lounge has TV with DVD and surround sound, 2nd living has TV with DVD, video and playstation 1 plus kitchenette and laundry. The large main kitchen, including dishwasher and dining seats 9 people. Three bedrooms downstairs with bathroom and seperate toilet. Private courtyard out back with Outdoor setting seats 8 people. Quiet court with access to reserve

This property features a large front yard with plenty of room for kids to play. 15 ft Trampoline with enclosure, swing set slide and sandpit. BBQ undercover area outdoor table and chairs seats 8.
