17-Sep-08	Q. Where in Torquay is this cottage that sleeps 30? A. The Group Accommodation is next to the cottages which are located on Grossmans Road. About two kms from Surf outlets. 4 minute drive to beach.
18-Sep-08	Q. Does this property have any toilets or bathrooms? How many bedrooms does the cottage that sleeps thirty have? Is the any rules regarding smoking and alcohol? A. Male and female toilet and shower bathroom facilities are inside the group complex. 3 bedrooms with 5 bunks each. NO smoking inside. Alcohol is accepted at a responsible level. Any excess alcohol, noise, damage etc could lead to loss of bond.
