Set on a tranquil 5 acres, minutes from central Torquay and Torquays famous surf beaches; this is a luxurious, modern and stylishly furnished self contained studio unit and is accompanied by one self contained seperate studio unit and one Self contained queen apartment with mini lounge area and ensuite.

Both units also have reverse cycle air conditioning, tv, dvd, in house movies, kitchenettes with microwave, fridge and cooking facilities. The studio also has a wood fire for those winter getaways.

Gourmet cooked breakfasts or gourmet breakfast baskets are included. There is also a shared hot spa and covered outdoor BBQ area.

Units have private entrances and decks with distant sea views to Mt Martha.

This B&B is 1 minute drive from the beach and 4 minutes from central Torquay. The property is also very close to Torquays famous surf beaches, restaurants, golf course, wineries and shops are all close by.

A great jumping off point for the Great Ocean Road and the Otways National Parks, including The Fly (a great tree top adventure), Lorne and Appollo Bay are also within easy driving distance.

ACTIVITIES

Activities close by include sky diving and Tiger Moth rides (1 minute away), golfing, surfing, bush walking, horse riding, wine tasting, mountain bike hire or maybe just relax on your own private deck with a glass of champagne and a good book.
