The kitchen is very spacious with granite benchtops, heaps of cupboards, island bench with oven, stovetop, giant stainless steel rangehood, dishwasher and microwave.

The downstairs lounge, dining and huge kitchen is open plan and opens up to the front deck with glass balcony with outdoor table and chairs to capture the morning and afternoon sun.

The home is two storey and consists of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Downstairs has a large wooden dining table that seats 8 people, the lounge with ceiling fan comprises of two sofas, television, dvd and surround sound. There is also a large selection of DVDs you can choose from

Modern, Stylish, Ocean Views in Torquay Ocean View Estate, sleeps 8 Fancy a holiday home that is like new with an absolute dream kitchen, outdoor and indoor living, with ocean views.

The garage has been converted into the games room with a billiard table.

There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, built in robes. The bathroom has a bath and shower, and the toilet is separate. There is a laundry with washing machine.

Upstairs offers the master bedroom with ceiling fan and a queen size bed, television and large ensuite offering relaxing spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

The fourth bedroom is open plan and has two single mattresses. The outdoor decked balcony comes off this room and offers views of the ocean.

25 minutes walk to town or 3 minutes drive.

Property is perfect for medium sized families, strictly families only.
