If you want to get away from it all but don't want to drive for hours this is the place for you. The Beach House is a newly refurbished luxury two bedroom unit with bay views only 30 min drive down scenic Beach Road from St Kilda. You will have direct access to the beach, only forty steps from the unit. No busy roads to cross for your refreshing morning swim.

Set in a residential block, this open plan unit has water views from the living area, kitchen and main bedroom. Sit up in bed in the morning with your coffee and watch the fishing boats bobbing on the bay.

Luxury furnishings sit well against a background of white walls and warm parquetry floors. Cook a delicious meal in the designer gloss white and stainless steel kitchen with European appliances and 90cm cook top and oven. Ideally suited for a couple with up to two children. Please note the queen size sofa bed is suitable for young guests only and is a $100 flat fee, or $100 per week

Sink into the leather couch and watch a movie on the 42-inch plasma TV. If it is cold outside get toasty in front of a real flame gas open fireplace. After a long hard day have a soak in the full sized bath. Open up the sunroom balcony windows smell the sea air and light the barbeque and throw on a couple of steaks. You will sleep well too in the luxury queen size bed. The unit is air conditioned and heated too.

When you need supplies walk ten minutes up the beach to sleepy Mordialloc seaside village. You will find everything you need here including supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the train station.If you like fishing, hire a boat and go fishing on the bay and catch your own dinner.
