Everything was as we expected from the property. Ample clean linen, a very well equipped modern kitchen, good laundry facility and compact private courtyard area - quiet location but also close to the cafes and beaches. The manager was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Very highly recommended. |

well sited for all aspects of a self catering holiday, within 5 minutes walk of good shops and restaurants in Black Rock,full kitchen equipment and clothes washer, hands-on manager on site, available for help but completely unintrusive,this property is a paragon and unequalled in my long experience. |

Exceptional Property Manager !!!
My friend and I stayed in this unit whilst visiting Melbourne for the Presidents Cup. We found the whole stay enjoyable.The unit itself was spacious well maintained with everything we needed for our weeks stay. My wife Teresa phoned the week prior to confirm arrangements and spoke with Di the Property Manager,she was extremely helpful ,giving information regarding places to eat, local transport and facilities. On our arrival Di supplied us with maps of the area and had even walked the distance to the golf course entrance so she could tell us how long it would take .
I would recommend this property to anyone needing accomodation in this area of Melbourne. Thank you Di for such an enjoyable stay.

Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds that keeps you warm in winter, warm air from floor heater keeps the apartment comfortable in winter. Host Diane just live next door, and gladly helps out with any questions. Plenty of restaurants to choose from 2 mins away. Shopping mall is 2 km away. |

We enjoyed our stay at Black Rock immensely. It was very easy to park on the street, very easy to get transport. Black Rock village is quite lovely and there are plenty of local shops, and a supermarket 5 minutes drive down the road. The ocean is less than 1km away. The apartment itself is modern and very well equipped. The ducted heating makes it very cosy even when the temperature outside is gets low. Everything was very clean and the property manager very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for family groups, couples or even business travelers. |

This property was above and beyond any of my expectations. It was great value for money in a lovely quiet area of Black Rock and was only a short walk to the shops. I would highly reccommend this property to anyone who is visiting the area not just for the convenience of its location but its cleanliness and hospitality from the property owner. My first choice of accommodation for the area by far. |

This unit is really close to great local shops and restaurants. Black Rock is a lovely place to stay and the beach is a 5 minute walk. The property has everything you might need for a comfortable self catering holiday in a great location. I'd recommend it to families and professionals. |

So close to wonderful shops, and beach walks - close to everything and quietly located. Nice little cozy patio for morning coffees. Very accomodating property manager! I highly reccomend this unique spot in Black Rock, must see area outside the city and scenic locations north and south. All wonderfully equipped. Will stay again on next visit. |

Great location and nice unit. We loved it and our two young girls had a ball! The property manager was very helpful providing a cot and highchair and it was a really pleasant suprise how well stocked the cupboards were. All in all a great holiday house and we would definitely stay again. |
