Apartment is ideally located directly opposite the beach providing immediate access to the walking tracks and cafes that stretch from Port Melbourne to Brighton. It offers a bus stop at the door for city access, and is a few minutes walking distance to the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the Fitzroy and Acland Street St Kilda precincts, and Elwood Village, where you can enjoy restaurants, cafes and colourful shopping.
Located 8km from Melbourne CBD, Elwood is a bayside suburb between St. Kilda and Brighton.Apartment is directly opposite Elwood foreshore between St. Kilda and Elwood beaches and is within easy walking to cafes and restaurants, St. Kilda attractions, and public transport.
