Situated on the first floor, the apartment is very contemporary in design and extremely well appointed, with high quality furnishings and a leafy outlook.
This property comprises of an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms with built in robes and plush carpet - the master with Queen size bed and ensuite, and second bedroom with two single beds. The stylish main bathroom is complete with a deep bath. A stainless steel and stone kitchen with Miele appliances, including dishwasher is adjacent to the dining area which seats eight. The spacious open plan living room with timber flooring opens to a large, private outdoor balcony perfect for alfresco dining.
Other features include LCD TV with Foxtel (Cable) and Bose stereoDVDCD player, second LCD TV in master bedroom, separate European style laundry with Miele washer and dryer, reverse cycle heatingair conditioning, security entrance with intercom, and secure parking for 2 cars.
