The master bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobes and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed which can split to 2 singles if required, ensuring comfort for either 2 couples or one couple and 2 children. The second bedroom also has fitted robes.

The bathroom has a separate bath and shower with a WC powder room adjacent. Ducted heating is provided throughout together with split system air conditioning. The secure rear garden has a generous deck with outdoor dining setting and clothes dryer. A double garage is also available for guest use. The property is located on a bus route to the Southland shopping mall and also the city. Pets welcome on arrangement.
