The lounge room has quality furnishings with comfortable lounge (sofa bed), TV, stereo system, north facing balcony, ornamental fireplace and large windows with plenty of natural light. Dining room with table to seat 6, adjoins fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave and plenty of crockery glassware.
Rear balcony provides ideal spot for storage or BBQ. Main bedroom with Queen size bed, quality linen, built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers plus remote-control heating air-conditioning. Second bedroom with Queen bed, plus in wardrobes and huge windows, and study desk. Large and bright bathroom with walk-in shower, internal washing machine, hydronic heating.
