A beautiful home in a prime location within one of Melbourne's favoured suburbs. Ideal corporate rental for executives on assignment or relocating to Melbourne. Situated on a quiet, leafy street it is just a few minutes walk from Camberwell shopping, transport and all amenities - providing easy access to the CBD and eastern suburbs,including most major businesses, universtities and hospitals.

It has modern appeal with a large fully equipped kitchen with gas stove top, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer and island bench with bar stools. The adjacent family room with dining table to seat up to 8 opens onto a paved area in the rear complete with table and chairs. The lounge has TV, stereo, video and DVD player.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and ensuite with a shower over the bath. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers. A telephone handset is available but the line would require connection with Telstra at the tenant's cost.

Q. How far is this property from the city?
A. The property is located only 5 mins from Camberwell Station where very frequent trains take between 15 mins and 20 mins to reach the CBD. By car it's 8kms (10/20 mins depending on traffic) or 30 mins by Tram.
