Apartments Q45 is a modern serviced apartment complex with modern and spacious apartments. Every apartment is furnished with quality modern furniture specifically designed to suit. The location is only 600m from vibrant Kew Junction with its many restaurants, specialty shops and supermarkets.
Features of the property include complimentary secure basement parking acessed by remote control, video intercom security and PIN code access to the common areas, marble finishes to the well equipped kitchens.
Within every apartment our guests have remote control split system air conditioning and heating, a large screen television with 25 channels of Foxtel, a DVDCD player, second television to the master bedroom, quality comfortable beds and a large desk with lamp and display phone. The apartment can comfortably sleep 6 people utilizing existing bedding ( 1 x QS bed, 3 x single bed and 1 x trundle bed). There are full laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer within each apartment and the balconies have an outdoor setting with magnificent views from the upper floors.
The apartments are serviced weekly to stringent standards by a friendly team of housekeepers and office staff are available to assist with additional requirements such as pre arrival groceries, wireless internet access and child care items.
