Nestled in a quiet residential street in the most exclusive pocket of South Yarra this one bedroom apartment is quiet and peaceful There is a lovely thicket of birch trees outside the window which gives you great northern light You can walk to cafes , transport :train bus and tram one minute walk The hospitals are close by for all you medicos ( The Alfred is a two minute walk Helen a current tenant joined a nursing agency and started the same day at the Alfred) and the CBD is a bicycle distance along the Yarra

Features a Large Master bedroom with ensuite large bath and shower with large robes lovely decor and fine mattress, separate large living room with a dining combined and kitchen on its own Unusual in a one bedroom apartment A Separate kitchen !!! Commercial dryer and washing machine on site and a garage carport at the rear of the building The apartment has great light from the north and the east offering bright and cheerful accomodation

Ideal for Professionals and Relocators and single couples it also can accomodate professional corporates as it is so close to the CBD and roomy enough to have a work station for your files It offers a lot more space than a normal one bedder and it feels like a little home

This is a little slice of heaven in South Yara A great home away from home and offers a great place to start your romance with Melbourne You will be living like the locals and yet have the best environment in Melbourne Wake up to the birds and sunshine and head for Cosi for coffee on Toorak Road Sounds good to me!!!!!!!
