It is close to many amenities (including Melbourne CBD, Southern Cross station, DFO shopping centre, Etihad Stadium, Parklands and Bicycle Trails, the Free City Circle Tram service, plus many more).

This is a quality 4 star apartment with SMEG cook top and oven, Stainless Steel bench top and fully carpeted.

It has a queen size bed (and futon couch in the living room) and linen towels is all provided. It is fully furnished (including wide screen full HD TV, dvd player, stereo and much more) and the apartment has access to an outdoor heated pool, spa, sauna and gym.
