	14-Mar-2011	Great value for money for a property in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Location was fantastic too - easy walking distance to places of interest. Being able to cook up a simple meal in the kitchen facilities was great also. Very convenient to be able to have laundry facilities available in the basement of the building.
