Each property offers various types of rooms, and caters for single, double or twin-share occupancy, some with private bathrooms. Rooms are generously sized and furnished with 5 star Hotel grade furniture.
Our properties feature a large well appointed kitchen with granite bench tops. Private space in cupboards and refrigeration is provided for each guest. Every conceived gadget is there for our guest's convenience. Examples of such appliances are: juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils and many other items.
Entertainment and dining facilities are shared between all residents.
There are ample bathrooms in each Guest House, for sharing between rooms,(typically 2 rooms per bathroom), whilst we also offer many rooms with private bathrooms Ensuite.
There is an alfresco entertainment area and barbecue in a garden setting,

Our properties also a fully equipped commercial grade gymnasium and ample free parking.

All of our private and secure rooms are generously proportioned and offer:

Rooms in all new properties are soundproofed to ensure maximum personal privacy and comfort.

Communal areas are cleaned by professional cleaners 3 times per week and washing and dryer facilities are available.

The weekly rate includes, board, electricity, gas, water, toilet paper, dishwashing soaps. Our properties have Foxtel (cable TV) in the lounge area and Gymnasium. Wireless internet access option is available. Two separate telephone lines are provided, and all local and national calls are at no additional cost. Room cleaning service is also available.
