This is a lovely fully refurbished, fully furnished, 2 bedroom townhouse situated in a quiet and exclusive pocket of Maribyrnong, an inner-city suburb just 9km from Melbourne city centre. It is situated high on the Maribyrnong hills with views of the river and neighbouring suburbs.

Comprising open plan living zone with beautiful polished floorboards, the kitchen area has stone bench tops and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. The living area opens up onto the courtyard which is perfect for entertaining. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second a set of bunk beds. Both bedrooms have new carpets and adequate clothes storage. There is an extra mattress for a fifth guest if necessary. The main bedroom also has very pleasant river views. There is a large bathroom with stone vanity, shower, bath, laundry facilities and separate toilet. The house also has a remote controlled garage. Broadband internet access is also available (guests to provide their own laptop).

The house is within walking distance to public transport (buses and trams) and a 5 min drive or a short tram ride to Ascot Vale train station. It is close to the Citylink, West Gate Freeway and the Western Ring Road and lies only 5km from Melbourne Tullamarine airport. The large Highpoint Shopping Centre, Maribyrnong River and parklands, golf course and tennis courts, bike and walking tracks are all within walking distance.
