This supremely comfortable house is situated in the sought after "Silverleaves" area just 200m from the popular Cowes Golf Club and 300m from a safe and secluded bay beach.

"The Haven" is beautifully furnished and is fully equipped with comfortable beds, all kitchen and laundry appliances and products, plus TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. Other features include spa-bath and hot & cold outdoor shower. The quiet court location makes this property perfect for young families and the house is set up with this in mind. All weather conditions are catered for with reverse cycle air conditioning and a warm wood heater (all wood supplied) for those cold winter nights. To top it off there is a gas barbecue and 10 seater outdoor setting for those beautiful summer afternoons and evenings.

Welcome to Phillip Island, one of Australia's most visited tourist attractions! Less than 2 hours drive from Melbourne, it is the home of the Moto GP, Super Bikes, V8 Super Cars, The Penguin Parade and much, much more... Take time out from the city to relax. Meander along one of the gorgeous beaches, dine out at one of the Island's many tempting restaurants, take a two minute stroll to Sally's General Store for a divine breakfast or lunch with a glass of wine, cruise the bay on a ferry, or check out some of the other exciting attractions the Island has to offer! Enjoy a game of golf, go surfing, go swimming, see the Penguin Parade, take the kids to Amaze'n'Things, visit one of the wildlife sanctuaries and cuddle the koalas, feed the pelicans at San Remo Jetty, wander around the pretty township of Cowes, do some shopping, go ten-pin bowling, take one of the numerous delightfully planned walks, visit nearby Churchill Island or just go fishing... Phillip Island has the lot!

"The Haven" is just 300m from beautiful Silverleaves Beach and a 3 min drive from Thompson Avenue, the central shopping precinct of Cowes, where you will find many delightful cafes and restaurants, as well as a huge supermarket, banks, Real Estate Agents and more. A 3 min stroll will take you to Cowes Golf Course, and a 5 min drive will take you to Phillip Island Circuit. The property has been beautifully furnished and decorated for your absolute comfort.

"The Haven" sleeps 10, and has been designed to comfortably accommodate two families. All beds are equipped with doonas, doona covers & pillows. All but the top bunks are equipped with electric blankets. There are also spare pillows in the wardrobes, as well as some light summer blankets. All linen, including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and facecloths will be provided on application, The fee of $11 per person includes making up and stripping the beds. Please Note: "The Haven" does not accept bookings from Schoolies. All one-night bookings attract a $50.00 surcharge.
