This lovely modern beach house is has been setup as a very comfortable holiday rental, as your 'home away from home'. Including quality new linen, bedding and kitchen amenities. Very comfortable 4 bedroom house, with 2 separate living areas, both with large new LCD TVs, one with AC. Beautiful and relaxing gardens with shady trees and lawn areas. Plus a unique native finch bird aviary, where gorgoeus Australian finches thrive in well planted surrounds.
Main bedroom has en-suite (shower and toilet) and walk-through-robe & dressing-room which can accommodate a cot. The separately zoned second Queen bedroom can also accommodate a portacot. The main bathroom contains a shower and separate full sized bath. There is also a separate second toilet. The laundry has a washing machine and external access to the driveway and separate garage and games room.
Two separate and spacious living areas both with large LCD Televisions and DVD players. Dining room table seats 6-8 and the kitchen breakfast bar seats 4 people. The stereo system in main family room includes iPOD connection. The Kitchen is well equipped with quality amenities - everything you will need to cook up a storm! Little extras like electric rice cooker, stick mixer (smoothies!!), 4 slice toaster and large side-by-side fridge-freezer will make catering for the gang a breeze.
Outside there is a large garage & games room. It contains a table-tennis table, darts board, stereo system, couch plus table and chairs. There is also room to securely store a jet-ski or bikes.
From one side of the garage there is access to a covered outdoor BBQ area with an outdoor table setting. This is within the fenced backyard with shady trees and grass, and beautiful gardens for young and old to explore. There is also a slide and swing set and a beautiful planted aviary containing Australian finches. The backyard also be accessed by a large sliding door from the central living and kitchen area. Plenty to keep everyone entertained and also space for peace and relaxation!
The main family room and kitchen has an air-conditioner and ceiling fan. The house also has ducted heating to keep you comfortable in the cooler months. All bed-linen is provided (sheets, pillows, quilts and quilt covers). This property is fastidiously maintained and kept spotlessly clean.
The house is located in a quiet street and the area is great for bike-riding and walking with no hills or inclines to either the beach or parks with several great playgrounds within a short distance.
Approx 6 minute walk to beautiful Safety Beach. Also a short stroll to the Martha Cove Marina. A short walk to the dog off lead area on Safety Beach (all day, all year), which is one of only a few along the Mornington Peninsula.
There is plenty of off-street car-parking for several cars plus a boat, as the property has a long concrete side driveway (flat) leading to separate rear double garage.
The house would suit either 1 or 2 families, or a group of friends or family with up to 7 adults.
Perfect getaway for couples looking for space, privacy, luxurious linen and tranquil gardens.

PETS BY APPLICATION - outdoors only. The property is fenced, however one side fence currently has approx. 4 foot high wire mesh type fencing, with a thick covering of garden shrubs.

- Step 3) Once we receive your "RZ" reservation request, a consultant will process all details and send a "BK" Booking Confirmation, payment receipt with arrival and key collection information.

Are pets permitted?
Some properties allow Pets and will display Pets Permitted. Visitors will need to advise the type and size of pet and whether the pet is indoor or an outdoor pet.
Properties that do not show Pets Permitted will not accept pets.
A Pet Bond might be required to clean. deodourise and disinfect the property prior to the next visitor arrival to ensure the property is allergy free.
Availability calendar not up to date?
rentahome does encourage our property managers to update their availability calendars as often as possible.
Unfortunately it isn't always as frequent as we'd like, each calendar has a date of which the calendar was last updated so you who how up to date the listing is.
This is why rentahome has the quote process, it confirms the current availability of your selected property/s and the best rate available for your stay.
Are visitors able to inspect properties?
rentahome welcomes inspections however they may not be always feasible and are generally only available for longer stays of three months or longer.
The property must first be quoted as available with a price for your requested dates.
To request an inspection simply login to your Quote at the below link using your quote number and surname: http://www.rent-a-home.com.au/home/my/quotedetails.aspx
Scroll down to your preferred property and under the photo there will be a button 'Request Inspection', click on 'Request Inspection' and fill in your details. Your details will be sent to the property manager who will make contact within 48hours to arrange an appointment.
If there is no 'Request Inspection' button, this means the property manager does not provide inspections.
Please note that properties are not held and may be booked by other visitors.
Will I have to pay a security deposit?
A Bond/Security Deposit may be required by the Property Manager the amount will vary depending on the property manager. If so, this payment will take place outside of the Rentahome EasyPay System and you may be asked to direct transfer funds into the Property Manager's bank account or a credit card imprint may be requested. Rentahome does not become involved in the payment or return of bonds or security deposits. Return of these amounts is based on the Property Manager's terms and conditions and their inspection of the property after your stay.
The Security Deposit (Bond) is required to cover any damage or incidential costs incurred during your stay at the property. If there is no Damage or Additional Costs then the Security Deposit will be refunded. If the amount of the Damage or Additional Costs are greater than the Security Deposit, then the Guest will be required to pay the difference.
On Arrival, please report any damage or requirement maintenance immediately to the property manager, as you will be liable for any Damage on your departure.
A Bond applies for properties under a Lease agreement. The Bond is typically lodged with a government Bond Authority and returned at the the end of the stay following an Exit Inspection and review of the Condition Report.
