It is complemented with a stylish Natuzzi leather lounge suite for you to sink into and enjoy all the comforts provided.The kitchen is well appointed with all appliances and fully equipped; a reverse cycle airconditioner controls temperature.The large bathroom is fitted out superbly; with large separate shower, stylish pedistal basin and a spa bath. Separate equipped laundry provided. Well positioned just a short walk along the waters edge to the San Remo jetty,cafes,restaurants and retail area.Every morning at 11-30am watch the pelicans being fed at the jetty and view the fishing boats. San Remo is situated on a peninsula and is the gateway to Phillip Island where the bridge crosses.Surrounded by water,with a back beach and town beach.The new Bass Coast International Golf Course 2 mins drive away, near completion.A short drive will take you to the pristine beaches of Phillip Island and attractions of Cowes,Seal Rocks,Nobbies,Penguin Parade,Race Track,Golf Courses and Koala Park, all only 10 min drive away.

	01-May-2011	The House was great, so neat and tidy, and very homely=) We wouldve loved to have stayed longer than we did, we enjoyed feeling so relaxed and at home!! We definatly recommend the black dolphin to anyone really,couples small families, older couples. The Owners were so welcoming and polite and very helpful with showing us through the house and letting us know where everything was with a tour when we got there and let us know of places to eat and see in the area, great place to stay!!!!

	04-Jan-2008	The Black Dolphin was wonderful! Close to shops and yet far away enough from the bustle of Cowes. Our 2 night stay had us leaving with the feeling that we had been on holiday for a week! We will be back!

	The House was great, so neat and tidy, and very homely=) We wouldve loved to have stayed longer than we did, we enjoyed feeling so relaxed and at home!! We definatly recommend the black dolphin to anyone really,couples small families, older couples. The Owners were so welcoming and polite and very helpful with showing us through the house and letting us know where everything was with a tour when we got there and let us know of places to eat and see in the area, great place to stay!!!!
