Air conditioned to the living area. Sleeps 5-6, bedding consists of 1 queensize, 1 double/1 single (bunk) 1 folder bed. This is a very well presented duplex half with no common walls. There is a enclosed patio at the entrance of property with a gas BBQ and open fireplace for winter. Interior of the property has very modern decor with an air-conditioner to the kitchen/dining area, and the best feature of all with this property is that it has a spa to the ensuite bathroom. SORRY NO PETS, NO LINEN PROVIDED.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties.
A guest registration form is required to be completed for all booking. The registration form requests details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card details. Our office will now require a photo copy of booking tenants credit card and a copy of drivers licence with photo ID. No credit/debit cards will be accepted as a bond. If credit card details cannot be supplied unfortunately bookings can not be accepted.…
