The cottage is light, bright and spotlessly clean. It is lovingly presented by the Owner, for your comfort and peace of mind.

The cottage is fully self contained, with everything you could possibly need during your stay.
The cottage has 2 large bedrooms. Max 5 guests (5th guests either on a foldaway bedmattress or child in the cot)
Queen Bed, Full Wall Built in Robes, There is plenty of space for the wooden cot or Single Foldaway Bed or Single Mattress
The Second Double Bedroom:
Two Single Beds, Large Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers and Bookcases some filled with books, games and toys. A single single bed can be replaced with the Wooden Cot.

The lounge and dining have quality furnishings - lovely wooden tables and chairs and comfortable leather lounges, with a most unique coffee table, all these all resting on polished floor boards.
The kitchen is modern, gorgeous, easy to use and fully equipped. Pots, pans, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Royal Dolton tableware and ready for some entertaining. The pantry items are there for you to use and includes oils, spices, sauces.
The bathroom with toilet has a huge enamel bath shower with loads of hot water. Great for kids or relaxing.
To complete the home is a walk thru laundry with a front loading washing machine, dryer and private second toilet. This area is a fantastic rest area for dogs as it provides a passage between the main living area and outdoors.
If you enjoy the latest technology it's all here- LCD TV, Integrated Stereo, Broadband Internet, Cable TV.
And no matter the weather outside, rain or shine, the cottage has plenty of heating and cooling options. Air-conditioning (evaporative and reverse cycle) heating (gas, reverse cycle and electric).
The gardens are large, lush and usually there's flowers to cut or fruit to pick. The back yard is secure, and full of adventure, there's plenty of room to run around and play. The cottage has a large decked pergola, this is the perfect place enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine or a relaxing sunset as you watch the world go by.
For the youngest there is a large wooden cot, with linen, a change mat, high chair, stroller and car seat if requested. The cot can be set up in either bedroom.
Be entertained with board games, books, CD's, Young at heart, there's plenty of toys, and even a paddle pool..

ABOUT THE OWNER
Selecting accommodation can be daunting, especially if this is the first time you have looked at somewhere outside of a motel or hotel or are visiting the area for the first time.
Before taking the plunge, let me introduce myself and offer my knowledge and expertise to assist.
I bought this quaint "War Service" home in 2004, which at the time needed some love, a new kitchen and a caring owner.
In 2007, I was approached to rent it out for a few months, It was a great success and since then I have put my heart and soul into providing a beautiful home for people to stay.
The Cottage has a gentle feel; it melds to the needs of guests from the very young, to the very old, and to those staying for happy life events and those in need of a soft place to land.
Parents love the cottage because the children are kept stimulated with the huge back yard, and the joy of their bedroom being set up with toys, books and games.
Pets are welcomed; though I can assure you the Cottage is thoroughly cleaned afterwards. "Love Me, Love My Dog"
During your stay I'm just a phone call away and can assist at a drop of the hat as I live just 10 minutes away.
Whatever your accommodation needs are, the Cottage is a wonderful home and it does have everything you could possibly need.

We loved our choice to stay at Trish Cottage. It has everything a family need - from washer to dryer to condiments to wireless etc. The house is clean, safe and spacious. Love the garden at the back, it has a lemon tree! Owner is very friendly and responsive. Location is good, a short drive to the city. 10mins drive to places we go - eg. Little Stove (cafe), Lake Monger etc. Will recommend to friends for their visit to Perth.

Brilliant cottage in a brilliant location. The house was perfect for what we needed, the little extras like wifi and foxtel really make a difference. The house was clean, tidy, well equipped with a very welcoming feel. The owner could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended by us, we would defiantly stay here again

How do I make a booking?
From a Quote
- Step 1) Search the website and Add properties to MyList. Submit your preferred properties by using Request a Quote. Property Managers will send you confirmed price and availability.
- Step 2) Then you can Make a Booking or reservation form by clicking 'Make Reservation' from your Quote. Alternatively a Reservation form (PDF or Word Doc) can be downloaded from our Visitor Terms & Conditions page or your Quote.
- Step 3) Once we receive your "RZ" reservation request, a consultant will process all details and send a "BK" Booking Confirmation, payment receipt with arrival and key collection information.
From a Tariff or Hot Deal
- Step 1) Search using your desired location and dates. The Tariff Price will be shown in the results.
- Step 2) Then you can Make a Booking or reservation form by clicking 'Make Reservation' from the search results or property page. Alternatively a Reservation form (PDF or Word Doc) can be downloaded from our Visitor Terms & Conditions page or your Quote.
- Step 3) Once we receive your "RZ" reservation request, a consultant will process all details and send a "BK" Booking Confirmation, payment receipt with arrival and key collection information. Payment can be made with credit card or by direct deposit.
Are pets permitted?
Some properties allow Pets and will display Pets Permitted. Visitors will need to advise the type and size of pet and whether the pet is indoor or an outdoor pet.
Properties that do not show Pets Permitted will not accept pets.
A Pet Bond might be required to clean. deodourise and disinfect the property prior to the next visitor arrival to ensure the property is allergy free.
Availability calendar not up to date?
rentahome does encourage our property managers to update their availability calendars as often as possible.
Unfortunately it isn't always as frequent as we'd like, each calendar has a date of which the calendar was last updated so you who how up to date the listing is.
This is why rentahome has the quote process, it confirms the current availability of your selected property/s and the best rate available for your stay.
Are visitors able to inspect properties?
rentahome welcomes inspections however they may not be always feasible and are generally only available for longer stays of three months or longer.
The property must first be quoted as available with a price for your requested dates.
To request an inspection simply login to your Quote at the below link using your quote number and surname: http://www.rent-a-home.com.au/home/my/quotedetails.aspx
Scroll down to your preferred property and under the photo there will be a button 'Request Inspection', click on 'Request Inspection' and fill in your details. Your details will be sent to the property manager who will make contact within 48hours to arrange an appointment.
If there is no 'Request Inspection' button, this means the property manager does not provide inspections.
Please note that properties are not held and may be booked by other visitors.
Will I have to pay a security deposit?
A Bond/Security Deposit may be required by the Property Manager the amount will vary depending on the property manager. If so, this payment will take place outside of the Rentahome EasyPay System and you may be asked to direct transfer funds into the Property Manager's bank account or a credit card imprint may be requested. Rentahome does not become involved in the payment or return of bonds or security deposits. Return of these amounts is based on the Property Manager's terms and conditions and their inspection of the property after your stay.
The Security Deposit (Bond) is required to cover any damage or incidential costs incurred during your stay at the property. If there is no Damage or Additional Costs then the Security Deposit will be refunded. If the amount of the Damage or Additional Costs are greater than the Security Deposit, then the Guest will be required to pay the difference.
On Arrival, please report any damage or requirement maintenance immediately to the property manager, as you will be liable for any Damage on your departure.
A Bond applies for properties under a Lease agreement. The Bond is typically lodged with a government Bond Authority and returned at the the end of the stay following an Exit Inspection and review of the Condition Report.
Rent-A-Home processes rental payment with guests directly. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Bank Transfer.

The Property Manager will process payment with guests directly.
