The 3 bedrooms upstairs have extensive sea views and new polished marble floors. They are serviced by an en suite with new spa surrounded by marble and a 2nd bathroom.
Downstairs is a marble floored lounge room with a leather lounge suite, a formal dining room for up to eight people, a family room with another five seat leather lounge, INTERNET Wi Fi, SMART 106cm plasma TV/DVD player/recorder and CD player, all adjoining a large well equiped kitchen with granite benchtops, a laundry and a wc.
A private bbq and patio area suitable for entertaining adjoins the family room. .The surrounding garden houses a child safe fish pond with bird bath fountain, a grass roof gazebo and balinese carvings and statues, giving it a taste of bali.
All linen for beds,bath towels and beach towels, kitchen utensils, board games and toiletries are supplied. The price is inclusive of use of gas, lpg for the BBQ, electricity and local phone calls.…
There are also board games, a Play Station 2 machine, BOOGIE BOARDS and fishing and snorkling gear.These are available for free usage as is the SWIMMING POOL and full size TENNIS COURT,( which had a $20,000 refit and resurface with synthetic grass in 2007. )
The pool is professionally cleaned and requires no maintenance by unit holders. Two other units share the pool and tennis court, which both have extensive sea views, as do the units bedrooms. Adult and children.s bIkes are also available on request provided they have been left in good going order by the last tennants. North Beach is a stones throw away.Great sea views from every bedroom.. close to Hillarys Marina, Scarborough, Trigg Beach and 20 minute drive to Perth OR Fremantle.A bus passes Hillarys boat harbour, Karrinyup shopping centre and Warwick and Stirling train stations. A 7 day supermarket, video store, liquor store and restaurant are all within 100 metres.
Wineries,restaurants , craft and other tourist facilities are only 20 minutes away in the Swan Valley . The unit shares a professionally maintained swimming pool and tennis court which has been professionally and totally refurbished with a synthetic grass surface in 2008. Even the pool and tennis court offer beautiful ocean views.
A garage space is provided for one car and parking space for another vehicle.
The property is very private and quiet with no road noise distracting from the sounds of the surf.
The garden is on automatic reticulation and requires no imput from tennants.

The unit is very private and though one can hear the sounds of the sea, there is no noise from traffic or other unitholders.

The lounge, dining and 3 bedrooms all have polished marble flooring as does the upstairs landing and en suite. The ensuite also has a marble surounded spa and mirror and toilet and marble basins.
The kitchen has new polished granite benchtops and splashbacks.
The private backyard has a marble floored patio as does the grass roofed gazebo. This together with carved sandstone sculptures and large pots and fishpond, give a Bali themed outside.

The unit is 5 minutes from Hillaries boat harbour which has organised whale watching tours and whales occosionally come in close to shore where they can be seen from the property.

- Step 3) Once we receive your "RZ" reservation request, a consultant will process all details and send a "BK" Booking Confirmation, payment receipt with arrival and key collection information.

Are pets permitted?
Some properties allow Pets and will display Pets Permitted. Visitors will need to advise the type and size of pet and whether the pet is indoor or an outdoor pet.
Properties that do not show Pets Permitted will not accept pets.
A Pet Bond might be required to clean. deodourise and disinfect the property prior to the next visitor arrival to ensure the property is allergy free.
Availability calendar not up to date?
rentahome does encourage our property managers to update their availability calendars as often as possible.
Unfortunately it isn't always as frequent as we'd like, each calendar has a date of which the calendar was last updated so you who how up to date the listing is.
This is why rentahome has the quote process, it confirms the current availability of your selected property/s and the best rate available for your stay.
Are visitors able to inspect properties?
rentahome welcomes inspections however they may not be always feasible and are generally only available for longer stays of three months or longer.
The property must first be quoted as available with a price for your requested dates.

Scroll down to your preferred property and under the photo there will be a button 'Request Inspection', click on 'Request Inspection' and fill in your details. Your details will be sent to the property manager who will make contact within 48hours to arrange an appointment.
If there is no 'Request Inspection' button, this means the property manager does not provide inspections.
Please note that properties are not held and may be booked by other visitors.
Will I have to pay a security deposit?
A Bond/Security Deposit may be required by the Property Manager the amount will vary depending on the property manager. If so, this payment will take place outside of the Rentahome EasyPay System and you may be asked to direct transfer funds into the Property Manager's bank account or a credit card imprint may be requested. Rentahome does not become involved in the payment or return of bonds or security deposits. Return of these amounts is based on the Property Manager's terms and conditions and their inspection of the property after your stay.
The Security Deposit (Bond) is required to cover any damage or incidential costs incurred during your stay at the property. If there is no Damage or Additional Costs then the Security Deposit will be refunded. If the amount of the Damage or Additional Costs are greater than the Security Deposit, then the Guest will be required to pay the difference.
On Arrival, please report any damage or requirement maintenance immediately to the property manager, as you will be liable for any Damage on your departure.
A Bond applies for properties under a Lease agreement. The Bond is typically lodged with a government Bond Authority and returned at the the end of the stay following an Exit Inspection and review of the Condition Report.
