Rental Guarantee Located less than 1 km from Mullaloo Beach and Ocean Reef Boat Harbour, this house has views across the ocean from the patio andliving areas. The local shops are a 2 minute walk away and the sandy, safe Mullaloo Beach is just a 10 minute walk. Miles and miles of bike paths meander through the dunes along the coast from Mindarie to Fremantle.

This property has 3 sleeping areas, and 1 bathroom, lockup parking for 2 cars. The house sleeps up to 7 adults and has a free cot and high chair. The house has a large open living area with TV and DVD. The garden has a fully fenced salt water pool (shared with the Bermuda Apartment when occupied).
The house has ceiling fans in the living area and some bedrooms. Air-conditioning in living area.

Thee local shops have a Chinese Restaurant, and Fish & Chip shop as well as a supermarket and some specialty shops.
The local beaches are a short walk from the house and Hillarys Boat Harbour is just a 5 minute drive away. Mindarie Quays is 15 mins to the North and Joondalup Golf Course is just 5 minutes away. See the Koalas and Kangaroos at Yanchep National Park 20 mins to the north.

  This property is in a lovely area and is comfortable for the whole family, I think especially in summer with the beach close by and the pool.
