How will I receive my Refund?

If you are eligible for a Refund the payment will be made:

a) back to the Original Credit Card provided for the initial transaction
b) back to the Original Bank Account if transfered from an account

We will never refund to another credit card other than the card used.

If you transfered funds, please send the following information by email or fax to accounts@rent-a-home.com.au or by fax to +61 2 93190899:

> your Funds Transfer Receipt showing proof of the original transfer account
> your Branch Code (BSB), Account Number, Account Name, Bank Address and Swift Code (if from overseas) for this transfer account

We process all funds in Australian Dollars and refunds are made in Australian Dollars.  We accept no liability for foreign currency variations or bank charges in the transfer.

Please note that refunds may take a few days to be approved internally and 3-5 business days to reach your card so allow 14 days for the refund to be finalised.
