Complaints - How to Lodge a Complaint

We welcome Complaints and Feedback.

There are several ways to lodge a complaint with Rent-A-Home in writing:
> by email to info@rentahome.com.au
> by fax to (+61 2) 9319 0899

Please include:

> your name, address, telephone number and email address
> which property, manager or team member or other person you are complaining about
> the details about the situation, when it happened, those involved and their response
> the outcome or action you believe is appropriate
> details of any other party you may have lodged this same complaint with

We will acknowledge the receipt of your complaint on the same business day by email.

A representative will be assigned to review and respond your complaint.
