Keys are collected from the Property Manager.
Please reconfirm your arrival time and key collection at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Each property manager has different Key Collection arrangements and may provide keys from their local office, at the property or allow collection after hours via their representative.
The details for collecting Keys will be provided by the Property Manager in your Booking Confirmation. Keys are provided during normal business hours.
An additional fee may apply after hours. Please contact your property manager to make final Key Collection arrangements and they will be happy to assist you.
You can arrange for another person to collect keys with written authority, providing all payment and identification paperwork is completed prior to arrival.
Please note: visitors must return all keys to the Property Manager. Failure to return the keys to the Property Manager will result in forfeit of part of the bond or security deposit sufficient to replace all locks on the property to which the keys relate.
