How do I make Payment?
EasyPay - we process payment and accept deposits to our Trust Account or payment by Credit Card (including Visa, Mastercard, Amex with a card service fee). DirectPay - the property manager will process payment with you.
Why was my Credit Card unsuccessful?
Credit card may have an overseas block, insufficient funds, require a faxed signature if over $5,000 or be declined by your bank. Please contact your credit card company first to clear funds, then contact our office so we can retry the transaction.
When is Payment required?
Please review your Booking Receipt to see the Amount and Due date on your Payment Schedule. Payments must be made by the correct date to confirm your booking.
Why is my Overseas Funds Transfer not showing?
An Overseas Funds Tranfer can take 3-5 business days to reach our Trust Account. Please fax or email a remittance advice or receipt from your bank which confirms the amount transfered and the reference numbers.
