is a short walk to the local supermarket/newsagent and walkable(20-30 mins) to the large shopping complex/train and bus station. quiet area.
also enjoyed the spa.

Lovely property , great location with no through traffic so very quiet. Only a short drive to beaches, Sporting Facilities. Joondalup Shopping Centre was a few minutes drive and great shopping. Would definately stay there again. The Property Manager was a pleasure to deal with. |

It's a homely little place with a beautiful garden patio - great for sitting outside and enjoying the West Australian sunshine and local bird-life. It's a home away from home - gorgeous! The furnishings, convenience to transport, shops, beaches... I highly recommend it. |

We rented this property as we are relocating to Australia and required somewhere furnished with bills included. This was perfect for us with a hot tub/spa outside which was good to unwind in after work and at weekends. This was also in a very convenient location with frequent buses into Joondalup shopping centre where there is everything you could possibly want. I would recommend this property to my friends. |

The property was excellent and a great 'home from home'. It was very clean, well equipped and spacious. It was close to all required amenities and was handy to all public transport. Property manager was very helpful and gave us useful information on local restaurants and beaches etc. Would definitely recommend and would use again when in Perth. Added to the enjoyment of our holiday. |

The property is an excellent place to stay if u want quick and easy access to ECU Joondalup. The house has everything that you will need. Overall great experience, will not hesitate to book it again. Owner (Susie) was also quick to response and really helpful. |

It's got all the space you need for a family staying and visiting in Perth. The owner is very accommodating to any needs that you may have as she supplied us with a high chair and cot for our 1year old son. You even have the pleasure of sitting outside and relaxing with a glass of wine in the spa. It's been a great 5 weeks and we would definitely recommend Joondalup Heights to family and friends. |

Excellent accommodation. Clean and tidy with internet access. Great location for easy walking access to local shops and a 15 minute walk to Joondalup town centre which obtains a shopping centre (Lakeside), train station, bus routes and beaches near by. Property manager is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Would definitely stay at this address again when visiting Perth. |
