Great location. Felt very homely, good size for a couple. Not far from transport going into the city and shops and restaurants close by in Acland Street. |

The price is attractive and I have been positively surprised by the flat. The flat is very well furnished and handy as you can find everything. It is well located - next to the beach, St Kilda and to the trams. The person I dealt with is very nice and always available. It is a very positive experience. |
