The apartment is brilliantly located for easy access in and around the CBD. It was well equipped with a full size fridge, diswasher and washing machine. Best of all, the beds were really comfortable! |

The apartment was excellent for a family it has access to a mini mart bottle shop and restaurants on the ground floor which made life very easy
The rooms were clean an fresh with that little extra room to move a travelling family needs there is a park across the road if the kids need to have a little extra run around, very close to the docklands and south wharf for food and shopping, and very easy to get around Melbourne with tram access readily available, our Family had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the apartment and in Melbourne |

This apartment is easy to find and easy access to the tram stations. It also provides a free parking lot in the secure building. My family members enjoyed the stay there. This property is also new and clean. We would definitely come back to stay at this apartment for our next visit. |

The proximity to the tram network was brilliant and with Ethiad stadium only 100m away it is perfect for the footy fanatic. The 2 bedrooms provide plenty of space for 4 and if needed the fold down couch will sleep another. The kitchen is better than in most homes with all the needed appliances and full size fridge, cooktop and oven. |

Very comfortable accommodation which our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed - 2 bathrooms is a great bonus with teenagers. Easy to access via freeway; secure parking. Free tram stop nearby for exploring the city. Prime location for access to Etihad stadium for that true Melbourne experience of an AFL game. |

June 15-19 2012 We had an enjoyable time at this property as it was quiet and had all the necessary amenities, it was close to transport ,shops and making our stay in Melbourne a pleasing experience. I would definatly stay at this property again and also recommend to others: Peter |

My husband and I and our 17 year old son and 19 year old daughter came to Melbourne to see four AFL games. So it was wonderful being so close to Etihad, just down the road. We also seen a couple of games to the MCG, so with trams and trains being so close it was very easy to get to the MCG and around Melbourne. Our stay in this cosy apartment was in May 2012, it was very cold outside. It was wonderful knowing was had a nice warm apartment to come back to after a cold wet day out. |

Docklands is a wonderful area and the apartment is perfectly positioned to make the most of it. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities that you need. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby, along with easy access to the free city circle tram, make the location a winner. |

The location was fantastic, a very short walk from Skybus and also only a ten minute walk from South Wharf DFO. The City Circle Tram goes almost past the door. The Gingerleaf Thai restaurant a 1 minute stroll for a fabulous meal and a bottle shop at the apartment entrance for that reisling to match your thai curry. We will definately stay again. |

Great location, friendly property manager. Playground a few minutes down the road, close to everything, IGA supermarket around the corner and 10 minute walk to the DFO! Comfortable, convenient, clean and modern with bonus car parking space. Great for a family stay. |

Excellent location - convenience/liquor stores downstairs, supermarket behind, a few restaurants in the same block and the free circle tram stop just across the road.

Location was fantastic. Docklands area is great. The apartment was on the free city circle tram to access other parts of the CBD.
With a family loved being self contained. Being able to wash and dry clothes was a bonus when travelling with kids. |

Fantastic accommodation for families with young children. Great location, close to the CBD, with tram stop so convenient. The layout of the apartment and proximity to car space just brilliant when travelling with toddlers. Also, fantastic location to Etithad Stadium. Will definitely hope to stay here again. |

The apartment was clean and tidy and the property manager was very helpful. The location was great, being close to the free city circle tram and the Southern Cross Train Station. We were close to the city without having road noise and it was good to have a convenience store downstairs. Having two bathrooms was also a bonus. We would definitely stay again. |

Location is good. No problem in walking to city area if you do not want to take tram. Very clean, all the furniture is new. We had a good time staying here.

This property is a short walk to the free city circle tram stop and right next door to Etihad Stadium.A fantastic location for any visitor to Melbourne and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Access to the building's pool and gym is a bonus. Thank you for your hospitality. |

Excellent position, close to transport and shops. Bottle shop downstairs, pub up the road, factory outlets and casino easy walking distance. Blockout blinds for that necessary sleep in. What more would you require? |

You can’t go wrong with this place! Its right next to the tram stop and a 15 minute walk to the city. This place is very convenient for anyone who wants to live in the city but not experience the traffic noise that adds to the daily grind! A big thumbs up to the property manager as well. |
