The atmosphere of the old terrace and its position - so close to the city and the harbour yet it had the feel of a peaceful backwater. We loved it and will definitely stay there again. |

An old colonial building, with heaps of character and space, and a nice little courtyard out the back. It's within walking distance to all the main attractions and situated right opposite the Nelson Pub. What's not to love! Perfect apartment for the perfect weekend. |

The property was very clean and attractively decorated with lots of welcome touches like a slection of books in each room and plenty of towels. The location in the Rocks was excellent and Sam's emailed reccomendations about the area made us feel like locals. (The Pubs were great!) For a Sydney property it was surprisingly quiet at night and the location is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. |

The house itself was absolutely perfect for what we needed even a view of the bridge to top it off. The location was amazing only a 10 minute stroll to Circular Quay and a 15 minute stroll to Darling Harbor. If we ever wanted a taxi there was always one ready to catch right outside the door. There was a pub across the road for meals or a nightcap and a convenience store right next door for bread and milk etc. I have absolutely no complaints about anything, the house was perfect and location was fabulous. Thank you for a 50th birthday to remember for years. |

The property is very good located, closed to CBD. The four bedrooms are very spacious. |

We LOVED the location of this property. It was just a short walk to so many of Sydney's prime tourist destinations. AND when we wanted to get out of the city, the Circular Quay train station was just 10 min away. We didn't get to see everything we wanted to and I am already thinking about our next trip. Make sure you stay over a weekend in summer...The Rocks Night Market is AWESOME and the whole area just buzzes over the weekend. |

The home is very spacious and comfortable, It's perfect for larger groups. It's in the Rocks which is a lovely area of Sydney. It's also very central for Sydney's public transportat and many bus lines drop off right across the street from the home. |
