EasyPay or DirectPay?
We offer two types of payment services: EasyPay or DirectPay. Property Managers can choose the payment method that suits their situation best.
EasyPay means we handle the guests payments for you. You wont need a credit card facility nor have to send reminders for balance payments. Customers can pay securely online through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. EasyPay is a convenient and cost effective service which reduces your administration time, reduces risk and delivers customer satisfaction with a reputable & reliable service.
DirectPay is the alternative service where customers pay you so you can manage deposits or booking adjustments or refunds. A Tax invoice for the Booking Fee is emailed at the end of each month for accepted reservations.
